Once application is received, it will take 24 to 48 hours to process.   We use Experian Credit Reporting to verify credit history.

Please note that we do NOT accept Section 8 at this time.

Properties are rented on a first come / first to be able to rent basis.  Once an application has been approved, you will have three (3) days to schedule a date to sign the lease and rent the property. This means that you will be required to have full first months rent and damage deposit within the three (3) day time period.  WE DO NOT HOLD PROPERTIES!
